This calls for a restart. I've hit a plateau, made too many excuses, I'm stronger than this :)

Only 10 more to hit my goal!!! I can do this :)
70.6 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
