Yesterday, after taking Monday off, I did 38 minutes at the gym. My regimen of exercise has been averaging 3-4 days a week at the gym. I've been showing pretty reasonable results from the combination of diet and exercise.
103.1 kg Lost so far: 49.8 kg.    Still to go: 26.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

little by little off it comes...not really about how fast it comes off...but that it comes off an stays off...taking time off from time to time gives the body the rest it needs to heal an to gain back the energy it needs to get you thru those workouts...onward an downward....
