My weight came down this morning again for a .6 pound loss this week. Considering how much I went out to eat this weekend, .6 pounds isn't too bad. So far, my total weight loss is 6.8 pounds in 3 weeks- 6.4 pounds before I hit my goal!
In a little over two weeks, my mom and aunt/uncle are coming to town. This is the first time that a member of my family will see me since I began the diet. It's unrealistic to expect that I'll be able to reach my goal by then; that would mean about 2.6 pounds lost per week. But here's hoping that I'll be close!
