I haven't doing zumba or drinking as much water but continue to walk for at least 20 minutes doing my lunch break. 2 more weeks of the challenge hopefully I'll reach the full 10 pounds.

Maybe next week I'll try to double my walking time by during 20 min twice a day.
89.2 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week
