Cinch diet. I'm surprised I only gained one pound. Last Thursday I went to the ER and found out my gallbladder was sick. It was removed on Friday and came home yesterday 4/24. Still quite sore. My brain says, go, go go, but my body says whoa, whoa, whoa. They must have filled me with a LOT of fluid as only late today did the plumbing go back to normal.
I'm back on the Cinch! diet today and hope to lose 2 lbs this week.
