This was not a good weekend for me, as evidenced by my weight this morning. I wasn't technically eating off program, but my boyfriend came down for the weekend, and we did go out to eat quite a bit. I'm sure that there were some items that, while they seemed Dukan friendly, were cooked in fat. I'm hoping to scale back this week, and take control of my diet again.
Tomorrow is my 3 week anniversary. Looks like it'll be a wash from last week to this one. Maybe I'll stick in the 130s next time.
