I usually weigh myself in the morning because thats the lowest of the day. Well I didnt weigh myself today until 3pm so after working out, lunch, and breakfast and I weighed 163.4! I'm so excited to see the scale finally moving! Its been way too long. Feeling optimistic!!!
74.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
