Bummer, no weight loss today. Yesterday I didn't get up nearly to my normal level and I ate more than usual, though still not my full RDI. Got to do better today!!!
78.7 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 22.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
