VERY close to my first goal. YIPPEE!! Eating healthier but not avoiding foods I like or dining events. Just eating smarter.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.0 kg a Week
