Well I am pleased with my continued weight loss! May not be tons of weight loss at a time, but its been steady and I am finally ok with letting it take its time and work my way down. Ohhhh.. but 4th of July is Friday!! lol. I am going to make the chicken kabobs (and add lots of veggies) and will let myself enjoy but be conscience of my eating. I will say...I haven't had a migraine in about a WEEK!! I don't know if its cutting out almost all my dairy, cutting back on processed sugars or ensuring I get some sleep by taking my anxiety medicine before I go to bed... either way.. I am continuing with all three. I feel like a person again!! This is my Friday for a 4 day weekend!! Hope everyone has a beautiful day!
