Yesterday was another great day and I did stay on track, despite some times, where it was very easy for me to go off.

Had a slow morning getting ready, but around noon, we took off to the mall to knock some stuff out, which we can't do during the week. Before we left we stopped at the supermarket to return some bottles (you get money back when you return empty bottles.) I was hungry, so I bought some pistachios and a few links of salami sausages for everyone. Trust me, I wanted to by some chocolate stuff, but just walked away.

At the mall, we eventually had lunch - I picked a doener meat (spicy gyros meat) with a salad on the side, which filled me up and was on plan. We then did our walk through town and took a stroll along a park area by the river. It was gorgeous and I took tons of pictures. When it got dark, I wasn't so hungry, but everyone else was. At first I wanted to order some pasta dish or pizza, but settled on a green salad with tomatoes & mozarella. The size was actually perfect for my small hunger, and the dressing (balsamic vinegar & oil) was perfectly balanced. I did want some of the baguette they brought out with garlic butter, but I was thinking of the challenge and kept busy with talking to my guys. I did steal a fry and a bite of schnitzel from my son, but I doubt that would make a difference.

All in all - it was a fun day!
