changing diet to 1 on 1 off diet because the 5 day diet 2 days off worked for abit but started to slip so i should see some results in a few weeks.
101.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
