Talk about a binge. My partner in crime and I didn't just fall off the wagon, we dove head first off the wagon. We got back on track a few days ago but the damage was done. 3 weeks of not cooking, hosting out of town my MIL and the effects of the weather we've been having have given me lots of excuses and I took 'em. The scale proves that.
We got strict again a few days ago. Other than the banana bread in my oven right now we're doing really well. Just gotta fight the evening munchies and we'll be fine. So 2 steps forward, 1 step back.
