Survived Friday without splurging. Wohoo, I'm still on Track. Also, had no soda all day yesterday.
I'm using the Streaks App in my Ipod Touch to put a nice big red X on my calendar when I stay low-carb & had no soda. It's always satisfying to add another mark and see how many days you've done well. The point is to beat your longest streak of staying on track. Just another thing to keep me motivated.
