Usually weigh in on a Saturday morning 🌄 but today is Wine 🍷 Building with female colleagues and tonight dinner 🍽 with my Husband to celebrate 🍾 6 months of marriage 💑.

Thus I have lost 10kg in 6 months. It actually has not been that hard. It is an absolute lifestyle change with a bit of tasty cheats here and there.

80kg by 25 September 2022. I AM COMING FOR YOU 😁😁😁😁😁
90.9 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
