Vacation is over! I eased back onto the diet today and the exercising will start again tomorrow. I didn't gain much although I was hoping to continue to lose weight while in NYC. I will be posting a photo from vacation to show what I have accomplished in the last six months. It will be the first time I have viewed the photos side by side. I am hoping it will be very encouraging.
