My weight has been hovering around the 141 mark for a couple of days now. It's disappointing, as I was hoping that I might break into the 130s this week, but I think it could be due to a couple of factors. First of all, I've had a particularly killer homework assignment this week, so I haven't been walking around as much- mostly driving to and from work/school.
Another possibility is that I haven't been eating as many calories, so my metabolism might actually be stagnating. Hopefully I'll have time to get to the grocery store to re-stock my fridge with Dukan food.
I've noticed that some mornings (this morning was particularly bad), eating breakfast actually makes me feel nauseous. I'm thinking maybe it could be because my stomach has shrunk. I wonder if any of you have experienced the same thing. Hmm..
