both kids have had stomach bug, I've been cramping, nauseous and very little sleep. lots of laying around snuggling and diet not perfect, much less water (162.8 fasted workout weight!!)
74.5 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
