Ran 2 miles (well ran one, walked one in intervals) in 28.5 min last night. it was pretty awesome :)
115.8 kg Lost so far: 38.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.4 kg a Week
