Happy 4th July to everyone. My scales are telling a horror story after my wedding trip! All the plans I made before I went flew out of the window. Planning was fine but the execution was bad bad bad. I just can't seem to stay on track when I go away from home. Am I depressed about it? Not much because I think trips away are so good and so what if I put on a bit (well a lot this time) because I know how to get back on track and its already coming down again. I think this is what maintenance must be like - a bit of debit and a bit of credit.
My daughter looked beautiful and we had a wonderful day at the wedding and catching up with people I haven't seen for a long time was good. The girls I used to work with were very complimentary and news from college made me glad I moved when I did. I'll post a pic when I've downloaded them
Weather here is hot and humid and I'm cleaning like mad for my visitors tomorrow. Have a happy 4th July
