I have been doing the Atkins diet faithfully since Feb. 15th and have lost 21 pounds. It seems like it has been very slow going, but that is only 9 weeks which works out to be 2.3 pounds a week. It seems the past month I have only lost one pound a week, but if I keep up at this pace, (one pound a week), I will reach my weight goal by September 2012. I guess I can live with that since I know I will be working through the Atkins phases and making this eating a way of life.
