Whew. Kinda back where I belong. Yesterday I made French toast for dinner. Four slices of Aldi’s zero net carb bread, 4 eggs, cream, butter, seasonings. And a bit of no-sugar syrup.

65.7 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
