oh! yeah! hopefully this trend is gonna continue, yesterday my scale said I weighed 138, that was last night, I will check again this evening to see if I still weigh 138, but I will take this for now, I am so excited. food journaling and workout is all I have been doing. I need to add more to my workout routine.
