Lovely01's Journal, 19 Jun 14

I have been bouncing for the last 2 years between 190-200. I lost 30 pounds originally, but can't seem to regain my focus. Here I am 30 pounds from my goal weight and can't get back on track.

I tried Weight Watches- Hate it
I've done numerous weight loss programs- never finished
I've even done pole dancing- I like but doesn't make you burn calories.

Recently kind of giving up, but I am determined to succeed.

I taken this week to eat all the junk I want and just stop stressing. Also reprogramming my mind by watching people who motivate me.

I have a set goal of 170 and I am going to make it.

Here I go this is my contract with myself.

As of Monday you are back on track- (you didn't just buy a nuwave over pro to look at it) Use it (pointing my finger at myself).

Just because you have some stomach issues is not an excuse to get out of exercising. If you can walk to the refrigerator you can walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes.

Zumba is your buddy if only for 30 min that cool.

You must work out at least 5 days a week. Take your lunch breaks if need be You work from home fool.

No more excuses take it 5 pounds at a time.

Let's go

Sounds like you are getting your sense of commitment on track. Stick with the "can do" attitude, make changes as necessary and you will be rewarded with greater health and feeling better. J
