woo! Im off the platau! I didnt weigh in last week because I was the same weight. Nice getting started AGAIN, with exercise class last night and my 2 mile walk this morning. My allergies keep me from wanting to exercise, but when I do exercise, my symptoms improve. I really have to remember that and get moving!

The big motivation this week is thinking of my vacation (the one that is my goal reward for all this work, and my celebration of my 10th anniversary with Dan). I bought the plan tickets to Disney World!!!! We're really going to go!!!! Now when I exercise in the morning Im thinking about how each day on my 5 night/ 6 day trip, I will be waking up early and lacing on these (or newer) walking shoes to walk those super-fun parks. Im going to buy myself a cool outfit (in my goal size when I get there) and have Dan take my picture in front of the Eiffel Tower :) I just cant wait!!!!

So my mini goal this week: to lose one more pound. I will attempt this by walking every morning and not eating after 7pm (with the exception of the 4th of July, when I will be SMART about what I eat).
60.4 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week

Way to kick that plataeu's butt! I have news for you... you need a whole goal WARDROBE, not an outfit. Your clothes are all too big already!

Hey again Buddy! You and I have the same motivation: Our 10 year anniversary. And we're both going to WDW. I am just one pound away from your weight too. We'll have to get the same pic taken at Disney World too, just to top things off. :-) Great job on breaking thru that plateau. I know that can be so hard and frustrating, can't it?!

YEAH! that is such a cute idea! We must attempt it! You are in September, right? So I will look at your picture and try to duplicate it when I go in October. yay! Oh for a whole wardrobe! I'm working on that one piece at a time. But I need so much and only have 100 a month for me and everyone else (and although I do a lot of hand me downs for the kids, my husband needs new clothing for work, and I only use new shoes for the kids so 100 goes QUICKLY every single month). Whiney whiney whiney, I'm sure ya'll wanted to hear that! Thank you for the encouragement, it helps me keep going. :)
