Cinch diet. 169 lbs this morning. Been on the core phase since April 9, 2011. My eating schedule was way off yesterday because of geocaching with hubby for a good part of the day. Only had time for three meals instead of the required four. I must say that i felt extremely energized the whole day, even with the 5 mile hike. Today I begin using weights with my strength training. Looking forward to this. I'm up to a bit over a mile on the treadmill. I'll try to up it to 1.5 miles this week.

I have totally bought into the organic/natural foods way of eating. I love everything about this diet. Thanks Cynthia Sass for bringing it to us. I still have a lot to learn about purchasing the best produce and other food items, but I'm getting better. I'm blessed with having Whole Foods close by. They have everything!
76.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
