Alright, people. I'm on a mission to make these numbers go south again. I've been floundering around the same weight for months just walking on the same path. It's time to do a little switch um up😄and get back to keeping a close watch on what I eat and make this scale start moving again.

I am pleased to say that I went with my children to San Juan for my birthday in October, and barely gained anything on all that comida deliciosa. But, I digress. Back to moving this scale downward. Let's do this!
75.4 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’m with you on that dang scale being stuck. Maybe a stick of 🧨 will do the trick. So I’m going to drink water (even more) then before. The carbs are getting the best of me. Good luck! 👍
