Went out to dinner last night to celebrate my friend's birthday. We ate ate a restaurant with an absolutely huge menu- it was literally fourteen pages long. Yet, I found only one thing that was semi Dukan-friendly. I ordered grilled chicken sauteed in balsamic vinegar with asparagus, tomato, pepper, and french green bean. I realized the green beans had been sauteed in garlic butter sauce, so unfortunately I had to ignore those.
Even more unfortunately, my friend ordered a giant slice of peanut butter cake, which I also had to ignore.
I hit the five pound mark today, so it's worth it. I may go back there for one of my 'sumptuous' meals once I hit stage 3. That peanut butter cake smelled amazing.
