I weighed myself this morning and found that I'd dropped past the 230 mark. I feel really good about this. It's a really big step down (or up) the hill towards my goal. A bit closer to the next big milestone.

104.1 kg Lost so far: 48.8 kg.    Still to go: 27.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
