idk my weight. need to get a new scale.
tired.
breakfast: eggs, Cinnamon sugar bagel w/ veggie cream cheese
lunch: pj&j, rice Krispy treat, 1 belvita
dinner: 1/2 cup lucky change, 1/2 cup for milk.
coffee & 10 cups water & a little Gatorade Zero.
61.4 kg Lost so far: 22.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
