Still doing keto. Probably a bit too many fat and protein calories lately. 😁
66.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

maybe cut down on trigger foods. at least for me there's a long list of those. I try to have boiled eggs or tuna around since I tend to be able to limit those naturally
