Bike ride on Wednesday and Soccer last night. I can feel the lack of the sugar cravings after just a day or two away from the "treats" they leave at work.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
