Well instead of down, was another gain on the scale. Bloat and heat combination are really bad this week. My rings are even hard to get on and off. They have been really lose. Will be glad for this TOM to be behind me. Here's to better weigh-ins next week.

Son's team won last night, but was a very late evening. We got home at 10:15. The boys won, 20 - 13. We play again Saturday at 1pm.

No real supper but the popcorn at the game. Planning to eat better today. Saturday will be random eating wise too with the game in the middle of the day.

73.2 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week

ughh... tell me about it with the bloating!!! it's not my TOM, but the humidity here is off the charts! after my runs my rings are sooo tight! have fun this weekend at your son's games. my son is turning 3 in september and it's hard to believe that before i know it, he'll be in sports, too. :)

Yes, then your life is never the same. Our baby, who is 2 turns 3 in March. He could play T-ball next Spring, but probably going to wait til he gets in Pre-K before we start that. Luckily T-ball is all local, not like Little League which are travel games. But Nathan is enjoying it and the team is doing well and having fun!!! Just wish is wasn't so stinking hot. After the game the parents were all making plans for what to bring to keep the boys hydrated, cool, etc. One parent is bringing a big back of rags to keep in the ice chest for the boys to put around neck etc. I hadn't even thought about that :) Plus being a lunchtime game, kids will probably not eat much for fear of getting sick. They will be starving after the game...

My sister's son played summer all-star soccer and their coaches misted the kids down every so often with cool water in squirt bottles that have a mist setting to keep them from over-heating, as well as mixing up special sports drinks for them to have. Best wishes to your boys and to you. I have had to take an extra fluid pill in this heat to be able to wear my wedding rings, which had also had become really loose.

I didn't know humidity and heat made you bloat. That's crazy! Way to go, son's team! : ) Hope you have a better week next week. One day at a time.
