Have been stuck at the same weight for 4 months now, it is still 83 lbs less but would be nice to loose another 10.

I am content and not stressed about it, have examined my eating habits, nothing has changed. I am not cheating or not journaling everything that I eat, I get behind sometimes but usually can easily catch up because I plan my food and eat like I always have.

Have been a little light about getting to the gym, maybe that is the resolve I need to make, get to the gym more.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 37.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you push yourself at the gym with cardio... your going to cut fat doing that. I did that since the 1st of the year... after maintaining for a year and the weight started falling off. My cardio is just on the treadmill! Good Luck!
