Finally! The scale moved! How can 3/4 of a pound make you so happy?? I guess it’s the little things in life. But it made me feel awesome all day.
85.0 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
