I am really trying to refocus after vacation! It seems that I carried those bad eating habits over into my daily routine! NOT GOOD! Especially when I wasn't getting my exercising in either! I wish that I could continue running outside in my neighborhood, but it is just too hot! The last day that I ran @ 5:15am, I got home in a pool of sweat! UGH! So I have been going back to the gym & running on the treadmill. I don't like it as much, but it's exercise that I need! Right now, I am just pushing to get back under 160! I feel sooooooo much better there!
