I have had a terrible week, with stress. Fibromyalgia playing up. On a frenzied eating binge! I did manage to do some exercise tho. Beating myself up at present, asking myself why? Over indulgence of bread, sweets and nuts. :( #

Don't beat yourself up, just pick yourself up and start again. I fall off the wagon a lot of weekends when I dont have anything to occupy my time and then the guilt kicks in and and I go crazy with food, my food of choice is generally pizza and ice cream but I am now finding things to keep me busy and if I slip I dont go into old patterns.

Don't beat yourself up over it. Start over again. It's hard not to be annoyed with yourself but you have to put it behind you and think about the future. Keep smiling and here's to healthier eating (occasional lapses are OK)
