im using my phone.. so i cant comment as much on yalls responds.. but morning weigh ins for me!• thank you!!! im okay w this weight its middle ground lol.. tho i feel i need to pick up my work outs in evenings.. ive bewn soing squat and lunges at work when i go to the rwstroom. and walking ony breaks.. my daughter and i try to go swimming in the weekends at least obce (look at mom tread water for 30 mins lol) but id love to find tome to treadmill in the evenings again!!
