My first week of the cinch! diet is over. I think I lost 6 pounds. I have bought into the concept of eating healthy, organic, natural foods. Whole Foods Market is my new best friend. Whether I lose any more weight or not, it makes no difference. I have more energy and seem to just love life more. Thank you Cynthia Sass for this diet.

Congrats ! Sounds like an awesome plan. The most important thing i think is to be happy, feel good and love life more, a lot of the time people on diets forget that, thanks for reminding me. ;)
