Happy Friday! Day 5 of 12 work days. Been at work since 6am slippery ice snow covered roads here. As a first responder I am sure my work out today will include shoveling sidewalks driveways and who knows what else. Indiana people stay home warm dry and safe.
74.1 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 22.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
