Feeling kinda bloated today. I'll probably be back to 92 really quickly.

Found out I can do 1 arm chin-ups yesterday, so that's a good feeling that I'm losing weight but not losing muscle. Going to reset my goal later this week to -7kg by August 24th.
I missed this goal by 2kg, but overall dropped about 12kg, so I reckon 7kg is much more feasible.
94 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.3 kg a Week
