I was expecting faster results with my weight. I eliminated Atkins products and made it through 2 birthday party's and several family dinners. I hover over 127/126 125..........inches are coming off slowly but coming off..........I'm hanging in!
57.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
