Well there's a surprise....not!
Today I have weighed in at my second heaviest ever. 199lb being the heaviest in 2013.
The surgery last June, mixed with the very limited mobility, mixed with some very bad food choices has led to just under a 2 stone weight gain in 7 months.
I feel heavy, I look heavy and I need to get it shifted...mostly for the sake of my poor knees (had the op on my leg to save one of them) and my wardrobe.
I refuse to buy bigger clothes, just need to make sensible food choices and up the exercise to create a daily calorie deficit. Aiming to lose 2lb this first week and see how I go from there. One day at a time.......
