I am right back where I was 6 years ago. I purchased an exercise bike. Since COVID and the last 2 years I have not exercised. I am starting all over again.
106.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
