Starting my 5th day on the Cinch! diet. A lot of energy, plenty to eat, no hunger. I feel fortunate to have a Whole Foods Market nearby. Yesterday, I shopped for the next phase. Looking forward to brings new healthy foods into the mix. Cinch! stresses natural, organic foods. It's really not that much more expensive than the other.

On Wednesday I started a strength training program for older adults. I think it's the perfect match for me, as it's every other day and at home. No weights the first two weeks, then the hand/ankle weights will be added. No cost. Even though the workout was not strenuous the first day, my muscles definitely ached a bit the next day, so I know it's working.
