Did an hour at the gym yesterday. I'm gratified to see that my weight is down today after hovering all this week. I've been noting changes (one belt notch in) while the scale just hovers. Onward and downward with the arts!
105.2 kg Lost so far: 47.6 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
