kadang kalo lg mager defkal.. dan mulai makan sembarangan tp tetep dijurnal makanannya di FS inih.. macem cuman liatin rapot semakin merah aja haha.. ngejurnal cuman buat ngeliatin tiap hr surplus 🙃
