Although my weight has gone up a couple of kg. I doubt it will stay there. I have walked 20km this week and will do so until November or so. That should bring my weight and cholesterol down. I have decided to change my diet a little bit. Instead of fish, I will have a healthy night instead. This gives me a little flexibility in my choices... and I was getting sick of fish. Tonight is chicken, baked chicken. But what to have with it??
