Cinch! Fast Forward day 3: I'm beginning the third day of the Cinch! diet. Easy to follow. I love all the foods in the 5 day fast forward phase. Spinach, raspberries, almonds, plain yogurt, eggs. It's amazing how seasonings (NOT SALT) enhance the meals. Love this diet.
