Almost to goal of 165. Very slow going now, which I expected, but my weight is definitely stabilizing. It was fluctuating by about 5lbs. here and there, but my body seems to be more forgiving now. I really wish I fully understood how metabolism works. I am not a big fan of all the low carb or low fat diets, as I couldn't stick to them long term. I look more at my body as furnace, which uses food as the fuel. The trick is to burn more calories than the food you take in. Of course, the quality of the energy output from the furnace is determined by the quality of the fuel, so I try to keep a steady input of nice clean healthy foods, which I enjoy along with the occasional beer.
